- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (including carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events).
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of aftermarket parts, returns are accepted only in cases of incorrect shipments or defective products.
- Customers must request a return within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed once returned products are inspected and approved.

We strive to provide accurate product information. However, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are compatible with their equipment.
Products purchased from Parts Depot LLC are covered by our official Warranty Policy, which is available on our website. The terms of that Warranty Policy are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Except as expressly provided in the Warranty Policy or required by law, Parts Depot LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parts Depot LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime, or data.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
